Real quick...

This newsletter is called the "All About U" newsletter for a reason.

I'm doing it because I want to make sure you are armed with the most accurate health information available.

I spend a weird amount of time (some might call it obsessive) reading through research papers and textbooks, in my compulsive journey to understand the ever-unfolding puzzle of the human body: how it works, and how to make it healthy... in a true balance where you are hormonally healthy and not deficient in any micronutrients.

I need to share this information, hence this newsletter.
