  • Vitamin B6: In a six-week trial, researchers found a correlation between vitamin B6 deficiency and reduced testosterone synthesis.

What About Testosterone Replacement Therapy?

Synthetic testosterone includes testosterone replacement therapy (TRT), injections, and rub-on gels. In this instance, you’re consuming an artificial form of the hormone rather than consuming natural compounds that aid your body’s ability to produce the hormone naturally.

Do testosterone supplements work when they contain unnatural growth hormones? The short answer is yes. If it didn’t, then TRT wouldn’t be a thing, and bodybuilders wouldn’t be sticking needles into their biceps.
