Thermo-Friendly Garlic Aioli

Aioli is a Mediterranean recipe traditionally made from olive oil that looks similar to mayonnaise. We’ve modified our aioli recipe to have a mayonnaise base so you can prepare it in under five minutes.

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup light mayo made from olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a small bowl. Whisk together until
    smooth.
  • Refrigerate until ready to use.
