Thermo-Friendly Garlic Aioli
- 3/4 cup light mayo made from olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- Combine all ingredients in a small bowl. Whisk together untilsmooth.
- Refrigerate until ready to use.
