Wasabi Avocado Cream Sauce
- 1 tbsp wasabi powder
- 1 tsp wasabi powder
- 2 tbsp water
- 2 tsp rice vinegar
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- ½ each avocado
- salt to taste
- In a saucepan on NO HEAT, add 1 tbsp. Wasabi powder and 2 tbsp water. Whisk together and let sit for a few minutes.
- Start to whisk in vinegar and heavy cream.
- Turn heat to medium and cook sauce at a simmer for 5-7 minutes.
- Add avocado and additional 1 tsp. wasabi powder and whisk until smooth.
