Thermo Parmesan-Garlic Potato Wedges
- 2 russet potatoes approx. 5.5 oz apiece, cubed into 1 inch pieces
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp Kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp rosemary
- 1/2 tsp thyme
- 3 tbsp grated parmesan
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Combine diced potatoes in a medium bowl. Add remaining ingredients to the bowl and toss well to combine and fully coat potatoes.
- Place onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Cook for 20-30 minutes, flipping occasionally.
