Thermo Parmesan-Garlic Potato Wedges

  • 2 russet potatoes approx. 5.5 oz apiece, cubed into 1 inch pieces
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp Kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp rosemary
  • 1/2 tsp thyme
  • 3 tbsp grated parmesan


  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • Combine diced potatoes in a medium bowl. Add remaining ingredients to the bowl and toss well to combine and fully coat potatoes.
  • Place onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Cook for 20-30 minutes, flipping occasionally.
