Maple Dijon Sauce

  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp Maple syrup
  • 1-2 tbsp Greek yogurt


  • In a small bowl, combine Dijon mustard and maple syrup. Stir well.
  • Add 1 tbsp of Greek yogurt and stir to incorporate (this helps thicken sauce). If the sauce isn’t to the thickness you’d like, add another tbsp of the Greek yogurt and stir again to combine.
  • Refrigerate until ready to use.
